Hampton Inn & Suites Dallas Downtown

My absolute favorite hotel in the Downtown area. I have stayed multiple times and never had a bad experience. Rooms are always clean, the front desk staff are amazing, I know its kind of hard to judge a continental breakfast cause they are all the same but I'm an oatmeal person and the fact that its always perfect is a win for me, not runny or to thick and the attendants are polite and quick with keeping things cleaned and restocked.

Hampton Inn & Suites Dallas Downtown is a great place to stay if you want to be in the heart of the city. The hotel is in a historic building, and I loved the wall in the lobby showcasing photos of its original setting, it gives the space character and a sense of history. The location is a major plus. It’s within walking distance to the AT&T Discovery District, restaurants, museums, JFK landmark, and more. There’s also a Starbucks on the first floor, which is super convenient, and breakfast buffet is served daily on the second floor with a solid variety of options. The only downside during our stay was that there was no maid service during our two-night visit, which was a bit disappointing. Overall though, the experience, location, and atmosphere easily make this a recommended stay, and I’d definitely consider staying here again.

Súper comfy beds! The staff were wonderful and attentive, very fancy and big complimentary breakfast, the indoor pool was gorgeous and the room was super clean and spacious. We will definitely come back! Highly recommend for family, our kids had a blast at the pool!

Absolutely love staying there it's going to be my home away from home however the valet people are extremely nice it's just that you paid $50 a night to valet and you don't have a choice. Not if you want your car safe man you could park at a meter or you could park in the city but every day you going to pay at least $20 so they're charging $50 it's too much. Then you got to make sure they're not charging you anymore after you leave because if you don't they will still charge your bank account just the valet. Not the hotel

10/10 experience at Hampton Inn & Suites Downtown Dallas on Commerce Street. My family and I stay here every time we come on vacation because the service is always amazing. The staff truly cares about their guests and even sends follow-up text messages to make sure you’re safe and comfortable. A special thank you to Carlos at the front desk — he went above and beyond to help our family and made sure we had the perfect room. His kindness and professionalism really stand out. Also, special thanks to the valet parking gentlemen for being so friendly and helpful. The breakfast is awesome, the view is beautiful, and they even have a gym. My wife and kids love it here, and they make you feel like family every time we stay. Highly recommend. 10/10. I really enjoyed my stay at the Hampton Inn Dallas. The hotel was clean, convenient, and provided good service throughout my visit. It’s especially well located for events at the fairgrounds and is situated in a walkable area, which was a big plus. Having a Starbucks connected to the hotel was also very convenient. There is an indoor swimming pool, though the water was lukewarm. One interesting and somewhat amusing detail is that the hotel has a 13th floor, which is often omitted in many hotels and buildings due to superstition. The only improvement I’d suggest is upgrading the televisions to include streaming options.

This hotel is conveniently located in downtown Dallas which was very appealing to us. It’s walking distance to The Exchange food hall and a number of other restaurant and attractions. Our room was very spacious and clean. The only downside to our stay here was the rain shower head and that our water did not get very hot. Other than that, our stay was very pleasant and a good value.

The room was nice. King size bed was firm which for me was perfect. Both waterfall shower as well as typical shower head, was a nice touch. The staff at the front desk was also very helpful.
